Merseybank, Liverpool
Merseybank was the first new build bail hostel in the country.
This was a turnkey project taken on for Home Office; locating a suitable site, procuring planning permission and completing all groundwork, buildings and internals. Before handing the keys over to the client, landscaping of gardens, fencing and the provision of car parking areas completed the development.
