Office blocks of contemporary design using conventional building methods.
This was a turnkey project. Vacant land located on one of the arterial roads in Rochdale town centre. We undertook all design and drawing work, secured planning and completed all ground and building works. These smart office blocks attracted a high volume of interested tenants, and were occupied immediately on completion.
